Return:- In case of a defect, malfunction, or poor manufacturing in the product, please send a message on WhatsApp to the number: 0539092907 and report it, and we will cover the shipping cost or refund the full amount of the product.- If you are not satisfied with the product and wish to return it, you have the right to do so within a week from the date of receipt, and the return process may take up to 7 working days to transfer the amount after deducting shipping fees.- Returns do not include international orders.- If the customer uses more than 3 grams of incense, they bear the full shortage.- Returns do not include perfumes, oud oil, musk, or rose oil.- If the product to be returned is a package or set, the customer is not entitled to return part of the package but must return the entire package.- Packages consisting of perfumes, oud oil, or musk are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.- Upon receiving the order, if it is not the same product you requested or has a defect, please send a message on WhatsApp to the number: 0539092907 and report it, and our customer service team will contact you to arrange the replacement process, and shipping will be free.
